Danxia Shan showcases some of Guangdong’s most dramatic red sandstone landscapes, with towering cliffs, sculpted rock formations, and scenic mountain trails. Reaching the viewpoints rewarded us with sweeping panoramas that felt completely unique to this region.
Guangzhou - Day 2
Our second day in Guangzhou focused on the city’s historical and cultural heart, starting at the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and wandering through the quiet paths of Yuexiu Park and the Guangzhou City Museum. We continued through the historic layers of Beijing Road.
Guangzhou - Day 1
Our first day in Guangzhou blended history, art, and sweeping city views. From the traditions of Cantonese opera at the Yue Opera Museum to the legacy of Bruce Lee and the ornate details of the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, we explored the cultural roots of the city. The evening ended at the Canton Tower, watching Guangzhou glow along the Pearl River.
